B-SAFE X samples vibration and temperature from your spindle and gives selected visual aids and alerts to the CNC and the operator of the machine tool. The sensor can also collect other important events that may happen during the machining process, including crashes, overloads, and overheating to mention just a few.

The sensor is composed of a microcomputer with two accelerometers and a temperature sensor, all embedded in a tiny stainless steel IP68¹ housing. This unique architecture facilitates the monitoring of your machine tool continuously 24/7 @ 2,000Hz and sends notifications to your CNC panel, laptop, tablet or mobile phone whilst working remotely.
